InformaCast Command Center is a new feature available within the InformaCast Fusion web console. InformaCast is a mass notification system developed by Singlewire Software.
Available with InformaCast Fusion 12.7.1, Command Center offers InformaCast users an easy way to build and send messages that keep people safe and informed.
Using customizable questions, icons and templates, dispatchers can include all the necessary information and get it in the hands of the right people.
When configuring Command Center notifications, administrators can add questions that the user can answer to provide additional details. These answers will then be included in the message that is ultimately sent to end users.
One of the other advantages of leveraging Command Center is its integration with Microsoft Teams. InformaCast Fusion can now send messages directly to Microsoft Teams users.
